Within the Legendairy Learning Center, I plan to teach y'all all the things I teach my 1:1 clients, just without the accountability! Keep your eyes peeled for new courses monthly.

Thanks for choosing to invest in yourself in order to help feed the world just a little bit better.

"This morning as I made breakfast, I got to thinking of how different this approach has been from previous things I've tried. This morning I had eggs, toast, yogurt, and fruit! Like, that is a lot of food but I love it and I start my day so much better! I was afraid to tell you that losing weight was a goal of mine because in the past that meant restriction and I hate that, it makes me feel crappy and I always would revert back. But, even with eating food, I have been able to lose some pounds along the way! So, thank you so very much for opening my eyes to new ways, I will be forever thankful. 💛"

Hi, I’m Kennedy, you might know me on the 'gram as The Legendairy Dietitian.

I'm a Minnesota based registered dietitian nutritionist married to a 4th generation dairyman. We're raising our first cattlekid (Ada James) & cows. I didn't grow up in agriculture, but, marrying into it is still one of the best things that has happened to me. It just keeps enhancing my knowledge as a dietitian.

Now, I teach other individuals in agriculture how to fuel themselves while working to fuel the world.

I saw my husbands poor nutrition strategies, amongst other farmers, and it rapidly became my WHY; to increase energy, improve sleep, reduce pain and injury, and ultimately, help those in agriculture love their jobs even more, because they FEEL GOOD doing it!
