"Can't believe it's only been 3 weeks! Some big changes I have noticed this wek are less bloating and abdominal pain (which I didn't realized was there until it wasn't.) Meal planning doesn't seem so scary anymore either. Another change I've noticed is with my baby! He used to have some gas issues and only poop once a week. He is now more regular and seems more content!"

"This morning as I made breakfast, I got to thinking of how different this approach has been from previous things I've tried. This morning I had eggs, toast, yogurt, and fruit! Like, that is a lot of food but I love it and I start my day so much better! I was afraid to tell you that losing weight was a goal of mine because in the past that meant restriction and I hate that, it makes me feel crappy and I always would revert back.
